1X8 PLC Fiber Optic Splitter is a quartz substrate-based planar waveguide optical power distribution device used to distribute optical signals from a central office (CO) to multiple end-user locations.
It evenly divide single/dual optical input into multiple optical outputs, and evenly distribute optical signals to users. The branch channels usually have 2, 4, and 8 channels and up to 64 channels and above, which is usually expressed as 1 ×N or 2×N.
