How to Use
Strip: Strip approximately 15-20mm of the buffer/coating from the fiber.
Clean: Thoroughly clean the exposed cladding with isopropyl alcohol .
Cleave: Cleave the fiber to a precise length, leaving approximately 12-15mm of exposed fiber .
Insert: Press the adapter's clamping mechanism (depress spring or flip open magnetic clamp) and insert the fiber through the adapter hole until it extends slightly past the ceramic ferrule .
Release: Release the clamping mechanism to securely hold the fiber in place .
Trim (If Needed): If the fiber extends too far, score and break it flush with the ferrule end face .
